The Super Billiards Expo has earned its reputation as the largest consumer orientated tradeshow in the industry by allowing the public to browse through and shop from the finest manufacturers, retailers, and custom cue makers in the world.
Our concept, to unite the industry directly with the customers, fans, and players - amateur and professional - has created a show unlike any other in the industry.
Every year, more and more people descend upon the Valley Forge Convention Center to browse through and shop with the companies that drive our sport.

HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH
OPTION 1: TRADITIONAL METHOD
Reserving a booth at the Super Billiard Expo is simple. Download a copy of the Exhibitor Contract below. Fill in the information requested and mail the contract to us, along with your deposit or full payment.
After we have received and processed your contract, we will send you a letter of confirmation as well as your Exhibitor Package. Your Exhibitor Package will include instructions regarding setting up your booth, breaking down your booth, general show rules, and more.
NOTE: The Super Billiards Expo will open at 11:00am Thursday morning. Exhibitor hours are 11am-8pm Thurs-Sat, and 11am-5pm on Sunday. Your booth MUST BE open and staffed during those hours. There are penalties for opening late and breaking down early. This is to maintain the overall integrity of the show- for the fans, customers, and the other vendors around you.

OPTION 2: ONLINE RESERVATION & PAYMENT METHOD
You can also reserve and pay for your booth online, using a credit card or paypal for payment.
Use the map layouts and/or listings to determine your booth location.

Booth Cost: $1100 (includes all applicable license taxes)
There is a $30 convenience fee per booth for online registration, you can use option 1 above to avoid this fee
This includes one (1) 10'x10' booth area, 8' curtain backdrop, 3' side rail, one (1) 7"x44" identification sign, one (1) 8' skirted table, two (2) folding chairs, one (1) wastebasket, one (1) 9'x10' standard carpet. Electric and phone services are available at an additional charge. This will be covered in your Exhibitor Registration package which you will receive in the mail after reserving your booth(s).
Booth Availability
We will do our best to get you the booth(s) you desire. The online maps and listings are not updated in real time, so sometimes the booth(s) you desire may not be available. In this case, we will use your 2nd or 3rd choice options. We will send you a confirmation letter to let you know exactly which booth(s) you received. We may call you to discuss your options. Allen Hopkins Productions reserves the right to alter and/or allocate booth selections to preserve and/or improve the integrity of the Expo floor layout.
Hotel Room Reservation Policy
There is block of hotel rooms at the Scanticon Hotel (above Convention Center) for exhibitors only. For every booth that you reserve, 1 room will be made available to you in the hotel. You will have to make, and pay for, your own reservation AFTER you have received the Exhibitor Confirmation Package, using the included room reservation form.
ALL HOTEL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED BY FEBRUARY 10, 2012.
After that date, hotel rooms may not be available in the Scanticon Hotel.
IMPORTANT: Please type the numbers of the booths you would like, separated by a comma. For example, if you want booths 123 and 124, write "123,124"
